Doing some demolition and renovation work on the old portale in our backyard, we found these relics stuffed into the cinder block wall. This assemblage is probably 30-40 years old. Due to the low humidity of New Mexico, the tin of the Schlitz cans is perfectly preserved. The brontosaurus is even hanging in there despite having survived his head nearly being twisted off by its previous owner, who no doubt has his own kids-- or even grandkids-- by now.
